one person is dead after an overpass clapped on an ohio highway causing chaos on the road below the overpass in cincinnati was closed at the

snow coming our way, we get the latest on accuweather forecast. we haven't seen all that much snow this winter season some snow activity in the far northwestern suburbs but not going to accumulate as this system passing through. we are watching a clipper system near grand forks and minneapolis, and that is our concern for slippery roads yet again. as we close into the activity now on double scan live radar route 100 right on the verge of mixed rain and wet snow showers and the same for the lehigh valley and near flemming ton and trenton the snow line is collapsing from the north and south and this is so light and the temperatures were so warm in the 40s, this will not accumulate on the roadways and cause traffic issues for the evening rush, the roads just

mainly on the wet side. trenton 41 and philadelphia 45 and 43 in millville and still above freezing in lancaster at 36 degrees. this quickly departs and at 11:00 tonight we may rip the clouds apart and see starlight later on this evening and that drops the temperatures into the 20s overnight and the morning commute tomorrow a-okay. clouds are filter and building in to the west and lunch time is okay, but it's after that, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, and to the south building and falling in the northwestern suburbs, that pivots through in the evening rush hour as temperatures fall below freezing it's quickly out of here at 8:00 and midnight tonight from the west to the east, it's a general 1 to 2 inches of snow, not a lot of snow here for the week but the timing is the major concern for

an absence here, it was the hardest ten weeks of my life and the most rewarding weeks of my life. i was given the gift of dad. the title of my life. i snapped this picture right before i left for work today. giving him his one last kiss before daddy goes back to work, he is such a good baby we nicknamed him mr. smiley and in those 10 weeks i gained so much from this guy and my partner carl, i got to witness his first laugh and giggle and feeding him real food for the first time and no one can take away these 10 weeks and i have gained so much he is 5 months old, 21 pounds 28 inches tall, off the charts, i have lost 8 pounds i think he gained the 8 pounds i lost. i am glad to be back with this

little bit of energy to the south and the two of these will merge to the east but we'll just get clipped if you will tomorrow afternoon as the precipitation pulls together. tomorrow it's the timing that is the biggest concern and the morning hours it's perfect and the afternoon the clouds start to build and the rain snow variety and rain to the south and west at 5:30 and then colder air comes in and we see rain at the onset in southern new jersey and delaware it ends as wet snow. here is the clipper timeline noon until 3:00, that is when the rain and snow showers arrive from the west to the east, the steadiest snow, the worst timing 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., it wraps up and moves out from 9:00 until midnight. the major impact is not the amount of snow we see, from our forecast models a half inch from philadelphia to as high as 1.8 inches on the rpm and good

she sold investigators that a man grabbed her arm after 8:00 this morning, she was able to run free to her school heston elementary she was shaken up but not hurt. he was described as a clean shaven black male in his 30s and he did get away. a pizza shop owner killed at the mall was a well known chef locally. leonardo copella, he was protecting a woman from her husband and he opened fire at the mall on saturday. jose garcia rodriguez shot and killed himself afterwards, his wife survived and she is hospitalized and in good condition. he once owned several restaurants in mercer county and just moved to florida in september. dozens of people spent their

morning paying respects to a child advocacy worker. a funeral for kim jones was held on diamond street. the 56-year-old was killed near 12th and jefferson streets last thursday, the video shows her killer, calmly walk up and shoot her in the back of the head and then board a subway train. her killer remains on the loose. police in wilmington delaware arrested a woman from robbing a wawa at gun point on the 700 block of philadelphia pike at 3:00 this morning, the police say they were able to track her down because she used a taxi cab to get away. she is behind bar in lieu of $8,000 bond on ron robbery and drug charges. this is rock peters of

hockessin delaware he was arrested for firing shots near joe biden's home on friday. he says that during the arrest police beat him up. he shares photos with "action news," we have to warn you they are difficult to look at. peters says this is the result of an altercation with newcastle police officers, he was attacked getting out his drivers licenses, and police say that peetsers was forced to the ground during a struggle. pennsylvania officially has a new governor this afternoon democrat, tom wolf, was sworn in before a huge crowd in harrisburg today. in doing so the 65-year-old became the state's 47th governor, the former businessman replaced tom corbett winning 65% of the vote. wolf was the only democrat in

investigators are looking for a family that were believed to be inside of a mansion. the fire spread through the 16000 square foot $9 million home yesterday. only the stonework remains after the fire was put out. they believe that don pile, his wife sandy and their four grandchildren were killed in the blaze but the structure is so unstable they have not been able to search it. the miami police department is changing how they take target practice after controversy over

meteorologist, adam joseph is back with us today and we are thrilled about that. >> i come back and we are talking about snow today and maybe saturday. >> you brought it with you. >> it's all my fault. we look outside and are dealing with light rain showers in parts of the area and wet snow on double scan live radar as we press in closer on double scan live a little bit of light showers from salem to glassboro and northern chester county and montgomery county and through trenton now. the only bad news now about this little bit of rain passing through they brined the roadways for tomorrow and now we are adding water to the roadways, and that could counter act some of that brine. we'll have to see what exactly goes on when this snow arrives tomorrow during the afternoon. 36, above freezing in allentown and no issues for ice on the
